This notice explains how Thread Auto handles information you provide through our website, including demo requests and free website inquiries.
Our forms collect the contact and dealership details you submit, such as your name, dealership name, email address, phone number and message. The free website request form also asks for your dealership website, vehicle count and current dealer software. Please do not include financial information, passwords or sensitive customer records.
When a submission is successfully sent, its details are emailed to the Thread Auto team through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use those details to respond to your inquiry, discuss your dealership’s requirements and arrange follow-up. Inquiry information is retained in the receiving email system; the forms do not currently save submissions to a separate website database. If a form shows a sending error, delivery has not been confirmed and you should try again.
The website stores your light or dark appearance preference in your browser. Campaign interactions may be passed to an analytics service when one is enabled. Any analytics or advertising services used on a live deployment may have their own cookie and data practices.
You can use the demo request form on our contact page to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. Include enough detail for us to identify your inquiry, but do not submit sensitive documents through the form.
